DARE TO DREAM, DARE TO BELIEVE, WHO KNOWS WHERE IT WILL LEAD.....
Nadine's Story
A journey of 1000 miles starts with the first step.....

Nadine is a woman with a colourful life story & an indomitable spirit. She is an adventurer at heart, a free-spirited, open-minded, playful, fun-loving woman with a zest for life & great passion for inspiring others never to give up & see that anything is possible. Despite facing numerous challenges, Nadine has remained positive, compassionate, & supportive, traits that stem from her personal experience.

Her journey has been a rollercoaster ride, where she has seen the multi-facets of human nature, both the good & the bad. Every day, in one way or another, she has had to fight to survive. She has witnessed, lived & dealt with domestic violence, emotional & physical abuse, discrimination, depression, & other mental health issues, drug & alcohol addiction, learning disabilities, self-harm, suicide, loss, physical disabilities, & chronic illnesses. Whether it be hers personally or people close to her. Nadine acknowledges that it is no way for a person to live or start life, & she has tried to run away from it, but it still followed her. However, she has remained positive, open-minded, caring, & down-to-earth.

Her story is one of true resilience & perseverance, where she has overcome substantial disadvantages in life. Despite her background & challenges, Nadine was a successful business consultant with experience in a dynamic & diverse range of industries. She developed a unique business style all her own, with quiet confidence, high demands, & expectations, while at the same time being kind, caring, supportive, & compassionate. Her mental health was one of the key components that contributed to her success as a business consultant & enabled her & her team to achieve amazing results (See more about her business services at 'New Solutions Consulting' HERE.); likewise, being a business consultant helped her mental health.
Living with ADHD, Autism, Asperger's, Borderline Personality Disorder, Visual Snow Syndrome, brain damage, & Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can be challenging, & managing them can sometimes feel like a full-time job. However, her condition hasn’t been a death sentence. Instead, they've set her free, & many things have fallen into place like a jigsaw. There's no magic pill, but living a fulfilling life is possible with the right mindset.

Despite what many people would think, her mental health diagnosis, her physical disabilities & her chronic illnesses (endometriosis, adenomyosis, & celiac disease) have given her the strength to achieve a life she could never imagine when she was young.

She has a new perspective & understanding of life, relationships, & how she handles different situations; of why & how she reacts & interacts with people the way she does, why her career has been more challenging than most, & why some of her relationships have turned out the way they have. She has more compassion for herself.
She has gone through an intense journey to unlearn maladaptive & problematic behaviours, skills, & habits that helped her survive, dismantle her belief system, learn new skills, behaviours, beliefs, & habits, reframe her narrative, radically accept, & understand herself, her life, & the people in it. She has good & bad days, yet there are now more good than bad. She knows she is not perfect & never will be, & that is okay. She has to diligently manage every part of her life to maintain her mental & physical health.

She knows firsthand that learning to love yourself & be kind to yourself takes practice, especially during difficult times. She has learned the power of positive thinking, gratitude, personal development, healthy boundaries, the people you allow into your life, & your environment.
The first step is the most important, it is the one that sets everything in motion. It takes courage determination to take that first step. It takes a willingness to embrace change leave behind the things that no longer serve you. It takes a willingness to be vulnerable, ask for help when needed, & be open to new experiences.

Nadine's journey has been full of ups & downs, but she has learned that every challenge is an opportunity to grow & learn. She believes that we all have the power to create the life we want, no matter our circumstances.
'Harness the power of your words, for they shape your thoughts, & your thoughts manifest into reality. Listen to yourself, surround yourself with positive influences, & create a nurturing environment where greatness can flourish.'
