    • Transit tango's rocky? Chat up the carrier for damaged dreams.

    • Farewell original shipping costs; we don't do refunds there.

    • Lost in transit? We're the rescue team, replacements or store credit, red carpet style.

    • Time Travel Shipping woes, Delays in outer space (or shipping delays)?  Sorry, we can't control time (or shipping delays). So, no refunds, exchanges, or credits for that.

    Defects, Damage, or Oops! Wrong Item? Here's What to Do:

    Hold up; before you do anything else, give your order a good once-over. If it's a dud or wrong, contact us (info@activ8yourlife.com) pronto. We'll need:

    • Your order number

    • Purchase date

    • A snapshot of the sad item (showing its sad side)

    • Receipt or proof you bought it

    • Explain the issue – we're all ears.

    • Give us a heads-up before returning (unless it's our mess-up, then we cover the postage)

    Wait up to 48 hours for our magic response. Just remember, you've got a week to make your claim. Non-sale items only. No surprise drop-offs, please! Contact us at info@activ8yourlife.com with questions.

    ​Return Runway

    For returns, pack Like a Pro: Wrap it up like you're sending a present to your future self. If it's beat-up or way different from what you got, we might not be able to help. Pack 'em up nice & tight. like you got them – unopened, unworn, unused, tags intact, & snug in the original box.

    We'll check the goods, & then it's decision time. Replacement? Store credit? We'll spill the beans.

    Expect a surprise dance-off: You might score a snazzy replacement or a store credit. We're the judges here, & we'll groove through each case to find the coolest move. If you're boogying with a store credit, feel free to pick your loot from our website.

    ​Please note: Where it has been agreed that the goods are replaced or a store credit is provided orders are subject to a 10% processing/re-stocking/administration fee.
